Joy Ellis

Joy Ellis, MPH, is currently working as a Nutrition Services Manager at Operation Food Search. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Fulltime Student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and as a Public Health Intern at Aging Ahead. With previous experience as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army, Joy has held various positions within the organization. Joy holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
