Walter L. Dees Jr., M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Walter L began their career at NACA as a Program Manager, where they provided strategic management to a team of real estate sales agents, mortgage consultants, and administrative staff. Walter L then moved on to Huntington Browne Real Estate, where they worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing office operations, handling budgets, and implementing marketing plans. Following that, they joined ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions as an Assistant Director of Housing, where they managed housing projects and default counseling activities while adhering to various housing agency regulations. After that, Walter joined HavenBrook Homes as a SR. Acquisitions Due Diligence Coordinator, responsible for managing a team that evaluated potential real estate properties for acquisition. Walter L successfully implemented process improvements and achieved industry-standard cap rates. Currently, Walter is employed as the Director of Program Operations at Operation HOPE, where they oversee program operations and training and development.

Walter L. Dees Jr., M.B.A., obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking from Tuskegee University between the years 1987 and 1994. Walter L later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate from Marylhurst University, from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Walter holds certifications as a Real Estate Broker for both California and Georgia, as well as another certification in Real Estate Brokerage from the Georgia Real Estate Commission, which they obtained in January 2012.
