Phillip Boroff is an experienced community volunteer at Operation Second Chance since April 2014, focusing on supporting wounded, injured, and ill combat veterans and their families through retreats that facilitate recovery. Prior to this role, Phillip served as an Air Advisor in the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq from July 2010 to July 2013, where activities were conducted to enhance partner capacity in support of a stable Iraq. Additionally, Phillip held the position of Group Commander, leading multiple munitions squadrons and overseeing the management of the Department of Defense’s nuclear stockpile for the Air Force Global Strike Command and United States Strategic Command. Phillip earned a Master of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Webster University between 1982 and 1984.
