Deborah Potter

Deborah Potter is currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Business Development at MOTO CANADA™ since September 2023, where Deborah oversees the for-profit marketing and media operations associated with The Motorcycle and Powersports Shows in Canada. Potter has also been an Ambassador and Guest Speaker for Operation Smile since May 2015, advocating for the organization's global initiatives. Previously, Potter held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Cleaner Brands at Rust-Oleum Corporation from January 2016 to May 2023, contributing to significant sales growth through leadership of a multi-disciplinary marketing team. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product Marketing at Hallmark Cards from 2005 to 2015 and as Product/Marketing Manager at ITW Construction Products Canada from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive B2B marketing strategies. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a mini MBA Certificate in Advanced Management from McGill University, alongside a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Business and Psychology from Vanier College.
