Patricia Baumann

Patricia Baumann, CPA has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer in various companies. Patricia currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Operation Smile, starting from January 2024. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at MARINE HYDRAULICS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, where they provided financial leadership, managed the company's IT department, and supported the executive management team. From 2001 to 2009, Patricia served as the Chief Financial Officer at Global Technical Systems, where they were responsible for all financial needs of the company and oversaw departments such as procurement, IT, and human resources. Before that, they worked as a Member of Consulting Staff at Cherry Bekaert & Holland CPA, providing consulting services to DoD contractors. Patricia also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hardin & Associates, Inc, where they provided financial and business strategies to improve productivity and cash flow. Patricia has previous experience as an Accounting Controller at Information Technology Solutions- ITS, Waste-Away Group, Eastern Computers Inc, and Computer Dynamics Inc. Patricia started their career as a QA Specialist at CPAS, Inc.

Patricia Baumann, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in the years 1979-1983. In 1991, they also obtained the certification of Accountant/Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
