Shabnam Farzaneh

Shabnam Farzaneh is an accomplished leader in health care and project management with extensive experience across various organizations. As the COO of Refera, Shabnam is dedicated to innovating the patient journey through effective communication among health care stakeholders. The role as Founder and CEO of Dentists on Wheels highlights a commitment to providing accessible dental care to underserved communities in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. In addition, Shabnam founded the Northern California group for Operation Smile, successfully raising over $500,000 to support children with cleft lip and palate. Previous roles include COO at N & C California LLC, where financial management and property acquisitions were prioritized, and a range of positions at Wells Fargo, IBM, Ernst & Young, and Accenture, focusing on project management and innovation. Shabnam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from UC Irvine and an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from San Francisco State University.
