Karen S. Fitzhugh

Karen S. Fitzhugh has extensive experience in community engagement and development, currently serving as Manager of Community & Special Events at Operation Stand Down Tennessee since March 2018, with previous roles including Development Manager, Interim Chief Development Officer, and Development and Events Specialist. Prior to this, Karen was the Senior Director of Recruitment at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee from April 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment and creating partnerships with various organizations. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Executive at Consumer Source, Inc. and multiple roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Karen managed sales and distribution to educational and recreational institutions across a broad region. Karen holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Draughon Business College.
