Richard M. Bagdonas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various sectors, primarily focused on technology, healthcare, and community service. Currently serving as the Director of Marketplace Trust and Safety at Indeed, Richard leads initiatives to maintain platform security against malicious activities using advanced data analytics. Richard also contributes as an inaugural member of the Patient & Family Advisory Council at Texas Oncology and shares a personal journey as a cancer survivor through advocacy at MD Anderson Cancer Center. In addition to authorship and venture involvement, Richard founded Update Everyone to address healthcare challenges faced during COVID-19 and co-founded Feelalytics to enhance emotional well-being in organizations. As the founder and president of Twinedge, Richard provides software consulting services, while also holding leadership roles in Operation Turkey, an organization dedicated to supporting the homeless.

Operation Turkey
Each Thanksgiving, Operation Turkey effectively organizes local teams of volunteers - families, friends, and businesses - to cook, prepare, pack, and deliver thousands of hot meals and provide other necessities to many people in need. Thousands of homeless and people less fortunate than others in our hometown are able to receive a hot meal, warm clothes, and other needed supplies at Thanksgiving through the efforts of Operation Turkey volunteers. Operation Turkey relies solely on a generous community of volunteers joining together at Thanksgiving to help others in Texas and several other states. It's a simple way of giving back to the town we love, an effort that makes a real difference, and a tremendously rewarding way to share the spirit of Thanksgiving.
