Amanda Credi is the Director, Customer Success at OperationsInc. With over 15 years of marketing, business development, and account management experience, she serves as an initial contact point for new clients and as an account manager and advocate for existing OperationsInc clients.
Amanda began her tenure at OperationsInc in 2014, when she joined the growing organization as a Marketing Communications Specialist. In 2015, Amanda transitioned to the role of Product Manager, a move that was driven by the need for increased support across both the internal marketing function and that of OperationsInc’s sister companies. In 2017, she was promoted to the role of Manager, Marketing Services, where she provided managerial support and assisted in the development of digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
In 2019, Amanda transitioned to the Customer Success team, serving as a relationship manager for current clients and fostering partnerships with new clients.
Amanda also serves as the Director of Membership Acquisition & Retention for The HR Roundtable, a professional business group of senior HR professionals.
Prior to joining OperationsInc, Amanda worked for a national non-profit organization creating inclusive programming for Jewish communities across the country. In this role, she managed a cross-country staff and oversaw the implementation of public space programs in communities across North America. She also previously served as the Assistant Managing Director of Artistic Planning and Community Outreach for a non-profit music school, where she taught violin, voice, and pre-instrument classes.
Amanda earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University and a B.A. in Music with a concentration in Music Management from the University of Delaware.
