Jeffrey Garrand

Jeff Garrand serves as VP, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services for OperationsInc and co-leads the growing Payroll Services division. With 14 years of experience in the areas of payroll management, technology implementations, payroll training, and tax compliance, Jeff joined OperationsInc in 2018. He now provides a strategic payroll support to a diverse range of clients while driving new initiatives and acting as main point of contact for questions and support. He also serves on the OI Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Before joining OperationsInc, Jeff worked as a senior implementation leader for ADP, where he spent 11 years providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Jeff began his career at The Boy Scouts of America, Connecticut Yankee Council, where he served as a District Executive.

Jeff earned a B.S. in Resource Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association. He is also an Eagle Scout.
