Matthew Merritt serves as OperationsInc’s Sales Operations & Lead Qualification Specialist and is a key member of the group’s Customer Success Support Team.

With several years of sales and customer service experience, Matthew supports the team by managing new business leads, proposals, and service agreements while providing overall support to the senior team members.

Matthew earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University.
