EJ Aufderheide is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and business management. Currently serving as the CEO and President/COO of EMS Technology Solutions, LLC (Operative IQ) since December 2009, Aufderheide oversees the strategic direction of a company that provides inventory, asset, and fleet management software to EMS and Fire Departments. Prior to this role, Aufderheide was the President of Book A Pro, LLC from 2005 to 2009, focusing on developing websites and online business applications for small businesses. Additionally, Aufderheide held various positions at Eastman Kodak from 1999 to 2008, including Strategic Account Manager for Walgreens and Director of Sales Systems & Information, where responsibilities included implementing strategic initiatives and managing digital technology growth. Aufderheide began career in the food industry as a Category Manager at Sara Lee Foods. Educational qualifications include an MSBA in Business Information Systems and a BS in Marketing & Professional Golf Management, both from Mississippi State University.
