Glen Ceniza

Glen Ceniza is the current Chief Technical Officer at Operative. Glen has previous experience working as an RVP of Product Management at JDA Software, a VP of Technology at RedPrairie Software, and a Director of Technology at BlueCube Software. Glen has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Xerox Connect. Glen has been responsible for overseeing the launch of next-gen SaaS solutions from concept to production. Glen has also been responsible for P&L responsibilities for Technology Services business units, Cloud Division, Technology Services, and Technology Solution Architecture. In addition, they were a founding member of a successful Atlanta SaaS startup later sold to RedPraire Software. At BlueCube Software, they led enterprise architecture teams that designed and delivered the world’s first enterprise cloud platform for retail store operations.

Glen Ceniza has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

They are on a team with Jason Witt - COO, Mike Napodano - Chief Delivery & Information Officer, and Catherine Page - Head of HR. Their manager is Lorne Brown, CEO.
