Glen Ceniza is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Operative. Glen previously held roles such as RVP of Product Management at JDA Software where Glen led innovation group initiatives focusing on IoT, cloud-native solutions, data science, machine learning, and AI advancements. With extensive experience in technology and product management, Glen has successfully driven growth in revenue and led transformative SaaS initiatives at various companies such as RedPrairie Software and BlueCube Software. Glen began their career as a Principal Consultant at Xerox Connect and worked as a Software Engineer at Lotus Development. Glen holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
