Inbal Harel has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Inbal started their career in the IDF (Israel Defence Forces) as a Diagnoses & interviewer, where they led a team and was responsible for diagnostic and classification procedures. After that, they worked at a boutique company specializing in Executive Placement and HR services, where they managed the recruitment and placement process for executive positions and conducted assessment centers.
Inbal then transitioned to the role of Training & Recruitment Manager at Eltek USA Inc., a manufacturer of printed circuit boards. Here, they oversaw the recruitment process and identified training needs. Following this, they joined Vidoflex, an industrial company specializing in energy conservation, as an HR Manager. Inbal established and managed all HR aspects, reporting to the CEO.
Next, Inbal worked at KALIA corporations as the Head of HR. Inbal was responsible for leading the HR strategy, practices, and policies and worked closely with the Board of Directors and CEOs of various divisions. In their most recent roles, Inbal served at Unilever as a Divisional HR Business Partner, where they implemented HR aspects and acted as a senior advisor to the management team, and at Operative as the VP of Human Resources for Israel & Europe. At Operative, they optimized media management solutions and processed billions of dollars in advertising revenue.
Throughout their career, Inbal has displayed a strong expertise in HR, with roles encompassing recruitment, training, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership. Inbal has worked in various industries, including media, manufacturing, and biotech, and has experience at both local and international levels.
Inbal Harel completed their B.A in Psychology & Criminology from Bar-Ilan University in 2007. Inbal further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained an MA degree in Criminology from 2007 to 2009.
