Narenderan Rajappa

Naren Rajappa serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Operative since January 2024. Previously, Naren held roles such as Vice President of Software Development and Engineering at GXO Logistics, Inc. and Vice President of Application Development & Engineering at XPO Logistics, Inc. with responsibilities in engineering, product development, and leadership of global teams in the supply chain execution domain. Naren's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Blue Yonder, where responsibilities encompassed new product development and overseeing various warehouse and transportation management systems. Earlier roles at RedPrairie involved leadership of R&D teams, and prior consulting experience contributed to telecommunications projects. Naren holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras.
