Aarti Bhatnagar

Aarti Bhatnagar, CPCC, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in coaching, executive search, and people operations. Aarti founded Cadence Operators, where Aarti serves as an Executive Coach and Executive Search consultant. Aarti is a member of the Operators Guild and has held various roles, including Coach at Evolution, Director of People Operations at Guild, and Chairperson for the Women@Guild Employee Resource Group, as well as Executive Sponsor for the AAPI Employee Resource Group. Additionally, Aarti served as Chief of Staff (Director) for the Learning Marketplace and was a Founding Fellow - Chief of Staff at On Deck. Aarti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
