Aaron Lawrence

Aaron Lawrence has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chef Banquet at Opernhaus Zürich since September 2022. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Ferris’ Oyster Bar from March 2019 to April 2022, Chef/Owner at La Pasta from April 2018 to April 2021, and Part Owner/Chef at Catalano Restaurant from April 2013 to April 2018. Additionally, Aaron held the position of Executive Chef at Canoe Brew Pub from May 2010 to February 2013. Aaron Lawrence is an alumnus of Camosun College.
