Jr Gambill

JR Gambill is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development, management, and technical learning. Currently serving as the Manager of WA Technical Learning at OPEX Corporation since March 2021, JR is responsible for identifying training gaps across North America and establishing the Technical Learning & Technical Documentation department for Warehouse Automation. Previous roles include Manager of Training & Development at Klein Tools, where JR implemented extensive training programs and managed a learning management system for over 1,100 employees. JR has also contributed to academia as a Business Faculty member and Adjunct Professor at ECPI University, and has held various leadership positions in the US Navy, overseeing production and quality assurance. JR holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University and a Master's in Management from Cambridge College.
