Patrick Kannan

Patrick currently serves as CFO at OPEXUS, the leading provider of low-code, adaptive case management software for government. He has built a professional career in Finance and Accounting with companies offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, coupled with professional services, mainly to Aerospace and Defense (A&D), Health Care and Life Sciences Industries.

Patrick’s expertise includes more than 28 years in Corporate Finance and Accounting. The last 11 years have been focused on specialized services and solutions enabling structured or unstructured secure collaboration for BAE Systems, The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Technologies, Rolls-Royce and Merck.

Patrick has over 24 years of corporate management experience including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Reporting Systems, Legal and Contracts, Back Office IT infrastructure, and Call Center.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Radford University, Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also previously served on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) for the LuMind Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization focused on Down Syndrome cognitive research.
