Chris Sharon

Chris Sharon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

- Currently, Chris is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ophelia since December 2022.

- Prior to that, Chris worked at Omada Health for six years. They held various positions including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Director, and Director in the areas of Care Delivery & Operations and Operations Strategy, Planning, & Optimization. Chris started at Omada Health in February 2016 and stayed until December 2022.

- From March 2015 to January 2016, Chris worked as the Vice President of Knowledge Management and Planning at Single Stop. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Research and Evaluation from November 2013 to March 2015, and Director of Research and Evaluation from November 2012 to November 2013.

- Chris also worked at RAND Corporation from September 2007 to September 2013, where they started as an Assistant Policy Analyst and later became an Adjunct Assistant Policy Analyst.

- Finally, Chris began their career as an Assistant Operations Manager at Samford University's School of Education from 2003 to 2006.
