Justin Griffiths has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Sales Associate at Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals and Tours in 2011. Justin then interned as a Strategic Planning Intern at TargetCast tcm in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Business Analyst at The Feld Group Institute, where they assisted in research and created industry briefing books. Justin also worked as an Analyst at Batten & Company, where they conducted market analysis and assisted in stakeholder interviews. In 2015, they joined PetFlow as a Marketing Associate, and later became a Senior Business Analyst. Justin continued working for PetFlow and its subsidiary, PHIDO - a Phillips Company, during a transition period after the acquisition by Phillips Pet Food & Supplies. At Phillips, they served as a Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce and managing the Business Intelligence team. In 2019, they joined Nuts.com as the Head of Marketing, Retention, and eventually became the Director of Marketing. Justin'smost recent position is with Ophelia, where they initially held the role of Director of Growth and is currently the Senior Director, Growth.

Justin Griffiths attended Regis High School from 2005 to 2009. Justin then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with High Honors in English Literature at Oberlin College from 2009 to 2013.
