Juliana Castro

Juliana Castro is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as Head de Pessoas e Cultura at Opice Blum Advogados Associados since May 2022. Prior to this role, Juliana held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at PG Advogados, where significant transformations in HR processes, employee attraction and retention, and the implementation of digital processes were executed.
