I was born in Canada and have lived in the Czech Republic since 1998. I am a graduate in natural medicine, a coach and a lecturer focusing on mental and mental health. For over 25 years, I have been teaching, accompanying and consulting people to consciously improve their mental, mental and mental balance.
I am the creator of the "Middle Way Mind Training" technique, which I teach so that people can easily use it at work and beyond. My passion is to pass on to people simple practices and methods to alleviate stress, anxiety, burnout and increase joy, satisfaction, improve communication and interpersonal relationships.
I facilitate workshops, webinars and consult groups or individuals, online or offline. My native language is English, I also teach Czech.
