Erin Kempster

Erin Kempster is an experienced professional in decarbonization and environmental policy, currently serving as the Director of Decarbonization at Opinion Dynamics since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at Energy Solutions from May 2016 to April 2023, including Decarbonization Strategy Fellow and Regional Manager. Erin's earlier career includes an economist position at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and research roles at prominent institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Tufts Institute of the Environment. Erin has a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Williams College.
