Kathleen Ward

Kathleen Ward is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in data analytics and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Opinion Dynamics since August 2024, Kathleen previously held significant roles at Vertis as Head of Data Science & Customer Solutions, where the focus was on data-driven workforce solutions, and at Guidehouse as Head of Data Strategy. Kathleen's career began at Navigant, where various positions were held, including Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, primarily in energy analytics and impact evaluations. Kathleen's early experience includes teaching English, research assistance, and internships in traffic engineering and transportation technology. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MA in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
