Jennifer Schroeder

Jennifer Schroeder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, safety management, and consulting. Currently serving as a Tasting Room Associate at Opolo Vineyards since May 2022, Jennifer provides wine education and custom tasting experiences. Previous roles include System Safety Engineer in the US Navy, where Jennifer supported system safety engineering for new weapons platforms, and Senior Engineer at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, managing programs and business development. As President of Fire Science Solutions LLC, Jennifer led consulting and training in fire fighting and emergency response. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes positions at Air Force Research Laboratory and Hi-Tec Systems, Inc., focusing on project management and technical expertise in fire safety. Jennifer holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and degrees in Civil Engineering and Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from Florida State University and the University of Florida, respectively.
