Kevin Neu

Kevin Neu is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as the Manager of End User Services at Oportun since July 2019, Kevin has also held roles such as Supervisor of the Field EUS Team and IT Support Specialist. Prior experience includes working at CODAN USA as an IT Technician, where responsibilities involved resolving technical issues and managing projects for increased productivity. Kevin has also served as a Desktop Support Technician for Stefanini, supporting the John Deere account, and as a Remote Support Technician for Intratek Computer Incorporated, assisting clients like the Veterans Hospital. Early in the career, Kevin worked as a Repair Technician at Geek Squad, providing hands-on computer repairs and support across various operating systems. Kevin attended Fullerton College from 2008 to 2009.
