Nupur Garg

Nupur Garg is an experienced HR technology and analytics leader, currently serving as Director of People Technology at Oportun since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing HR technology, operations, and analytics for the People Experience team. Prior to this role, Nupur held the position of Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Verizon from January 2012 to October 2022, overseeing HR reporting and analytics across multiple functions, contributing to the Workday HCM implementation, and training users for enhanced adoption. Nupur's earlier experience includes managing HRIS functions at Verizon Wireless World, where automation initiatives were implemented for workforce administration. Nupur holds a PGDM in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
