Christopher Owens

Christopher Owens is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in structured products and special situations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since December 2018, Christopher previously held the title of Managing Director at Brean Capital from July 2012 to December 2018, as well as at Gleacher Partners from July 2011 to July 2012. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Bank Hapoalim, where the focus was on distressed ABS/MBS, and Vice President at KeyBank, specializing in distressed debt related to airlines and aircraft. Christopher's career began as a Trader at Laidlaw Group, LLC, and Christopher also worked as an Associate at Penn National Insurance. Christopher earned a degree from Rutgers University, having graduated in 1998, and attended Ewing High School prior to that.
