Grant Baker

Grant Baker currently serves as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., a position held since June 2024. Previously, Grant was a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Researcher at the Stanford Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, where research focused on macrophage wound-healing differentiation. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Investment Analyst at Maverick Capital, a Cardiovascular Regeneration Researcher at the Stanford University School of Medicine, and a Computational Bioengineering Intern at GEn1E Lifesciences Inc. Grant has also worked as a Residential Assistant at Stanford University and completed an internship as a Medical Intern and Scribe at Express Urgent Care. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Stanford University.
