Jim Clark

Jim Clark is an experienced professional in software engineering and business analysis, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Empower since July 2019. Previously, Jim held various roles at OppenheimerFunds from December 2013 to present, including Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst - Web Development, and earlier positions from June 1998 to December 2013 including Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Supervisor. Jim has a strong track record of implementing successful quality programs, reducing operational costs, and driving automation initiatives that enhanced efficiency. Jim holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology from Regis University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
