Yang Fan

Yang Fan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various recruitment roles. Currently serving as the Senior Strategy Talent Acquisition Manager at OPPO since February 2021, Yang focuses on global high-end recruitment and talent insights. Prior to this role, Yang was the Consultant Manager at Beijing AcePro, where responsibilities included building the Shenzhen office and overseeing internal talent acquisition and client development. Yang also held positions at TAG Recruitment China, starting as a Researcher and advancing to Consultant-Team Leader, specializing in the Oil & Gas and Real Estate industries. Early career experience includes a role in business development at Genghis Khan Fund Co. Yang holds a Master’s Degree in Enterprise Management from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Liaoning University.
