Nicole Pasquariello-Cashman has worked in a variety of positions since 2007. Nicole began their career as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at The Arc Otsego in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Northeast Parent and Child Society as an HCI Supervisor. Three years later, they joined Springbrook as an Associate Director Community Homes. In 2015, they became the Director Community Homes at Springbrook NY, Inc. and currently holds the position of Director Head Start at Opportunities For Otsego Inc since 2021.
Nicole Pasquariello-Cashman holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Sciences from Binghamton University and a Master of Science Education in School Counseling from SUNY Oneonta.
