Verona McGuire-Powers

Verona McGuire-Powers has a diverse work experience, with the majority of their career spent at Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc. (OIC). Verona started at OIC in 2010 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and later transitioned to become a Human Resources Generalist. In 2015, Verona was promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, where they continued to excel until June 2022. Soon after, they took on the position of Chief People Officer at OIC.
