Ms. Binde joined the Bank in October 2008 after having previously worked in the Engineering, Insurance, and Aeronautics industries.
In her role, Ms. Binde continues to use her skills and training to provide guidance to Senior Management on all matters related to Human Resources. She is responsible for creating a culture of wellness in the workplace; developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures to recruit and retain the best possible staff to serve the Bank; and supervising the development and administration of corporate personnel policies, programs, and training in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
