Job Coach – Training Specialist 

JOB HIGHLIGHTS 

Job Coach – Training Specialist Qualifications:  

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in a restaurant, food service, janitorial, retail, factory setting or other community employment experience
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Coach – Training Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for on-site training and support of assigned individuals in community based jobs
  • Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and appropriate behavior
  • Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employers and respond to training needs and/or related problems
  • Ability to implement training plans established by case managers and employers
  • Ability to work independently and creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals
  • This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.

Job Coach – Training Specialist Schedule: 

  • Typical schedule is Monday-Friday
  • Some evenings/weekends
  • Schedule can be flexible
