Sarah Oppenheimer

Sarah Oppenheimer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and research. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Opportunity Insights since September 2019, Sarah previously held the position of Director of Policy & Research Application. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Director of Research and Evaluation at the King County Housing Authority from October 2014 to September 2019 and worked as a Research/Evaluation Fellow at Building Changes from September 2013 to May 2014. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Vermont, a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and is pursuing a PhD after obtaining a Master's in Public Policy from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington.
