Brenda Groseclose is the Program Director at Opportunity Matters. Brenda has over fifteen years of experience in the social service industry, with a focus on program and financial management, budgeting, and policy development. Prior to their current position, they served as the designated coordinator for Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, where they oversaw the development and implementation of budgets, programs, and policies. Brenda also participated in public relations and networking activities, and served as a trainer for First Aid/CPR/AED and Physical Interventions Alternatives. In their current role, Brenda is responsible for managing the programs and finances of Opportunity Matters, as well as developing new policies and procedures.

Brenda Groseclose has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Cloud State University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Ridgewater College.

They work with Andrea Wesenberg - Program Manager, Thomas Winter - Maintenance Personnel, and Penny Weihrauch - Registered Nurse. Their manager is Regan Stommes, CEO.
