Rory Kavanagh

Rory Kavanagh has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Rory started their career in 2009 at CEO-CF, where they served as the Member Services & Temporary Recruitment Manager. In this role, Rory was responsible for member satisfaction and retention, recruiting and managing teams of temporary staff for events, as well as scheduling and coordinating coaching calls with clients and coaches. Rory then joined SBR ThinkingAhead in 2014 as a Recruitment Researcher, where they conducted research to identify top talent for well-known blue-chip firms in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2015, Rory moved on to Loftus Bradford as a Consultant, specializing in executive search for the FMCG and fashion retail industries. Rory managed the candidate side of the search process, focusing on passive candidates in sales, marketing, supply chain, and procurement at the director level and above. In 2017, they joined Nederlia as a Tech Recruiter, and then in 2018, they joined Opportunity Network as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Rory quickly progressed within the organization, taking on roles as People Director, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Rory Kavanagh completed their Leaving Certificate from Terenure College in 2004. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University, which they successfully completed in 2007. Rory then furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in International Organisations, which they obtained from Dublin City University in 2008.
