Dan began their career at Boeing (formerly McDonnell Douglas Corp.), where they worked as an Engineering Estimator and Quality Engineering Specialist. Dan then joined Emerson, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Manufacturing, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Perfect Execution. Dan played a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives. After Emerson, Dan served as the Vice President of Global Operations at Accraply before joining Opportunity Partners as the Senior Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, improve processes, and achieve operational excellence.

Dan Ray has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Dan also has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management with a preference in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Additionally, they have certifications as a Lean Champion from Emerson and as a Quality Navigator (Black Belt Focus) from Boeing.
