Julie Carifio is currently a Developmental Specialist at Opportunity Works, Inc. and a Preschool Teacher at Haverhill YMCA. Julie holds a Certificate in Human Services from Northern Essex Community College and a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Merrimack College.
