Sarah Sears

Sarah Sears is currently the Vice President of Products at Opportunity@Work, where responsibilities include guiding a portfolio of products that utilize unique data and research to promote skills-based hiring in the market, while supporting the transition to a Gen AI-based product suite. Previously, at LIMRA from January 2007 to October 2022, Sarah held multiple roles including AVP of Product Innovation & Development, where leadership was provided for the Product Engineering, Experience, and Management teams, and Director of Product Innovation & Development, focused on turning research-based ideas into tangible products. Sarah's career began at Appleton Corporation as a Property Manager and Lease Administrator, after which work included roles at The MacDuffie School and in instructional design and learning technology consulting at LIMRA. Sarah holds an MBA in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a B.A. in Anthropology with a focus on Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College.
