Daniel M. Padilla

Daniel M. Padilla has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Enterprise Project Management Intern at First Data Resources. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Bilingual Rate Analyst at Werner Enterprises. Daniel M. then worked as a Financial Coordinator at the Omaha Kroc Center from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Dell Technologies as an Inside Sales Rep. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Logistics Service Coordinator at Union Pacific Distribution Services. Starting in 2013, Daniel held multiple roles at Union Pacific Railroad, including Associate Project Analyst, Project Analyst, Senior Project Consultant, and Associate Systems Consultant. Daniel M. also served as a Board Member at Voices for Children in Nebraska from 2013 to 2018. Since 2017, they have been an Alumni Board Member at Buena Vista University. In 2019, they became a Board Member at the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation. Most recently, in 2022, they joined OpsCompass as a Customer Success Manager. Throughout their career, Daniel M. Daniel M. Padilla obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from Buena Vista University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Healthcare at Bellevue University from 2006 to 2010. In April 2020, Daniel M. Padilla obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
