Steven Proudfoot's work experience starts in 2003 as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Darwin Brewery Limited, where they successfully secured national contracts with ASDA and Tesco and increased draught sales by 50% over two years. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Northumbrian Fine Foods, coordinating and launching new product lines for major retailers and developing the branded portfolio of snacks. Steven then moved on to Findus UK as a Brand Manager, focusing on the growth and management of the snacks portfolio. At Petards, from 2009 to 2012, they served as a Marketing Manager, developing the group marketing and communication strategy and implementing successful online marketing campaigns.
