Mhrd Dagan Rainey

Dagan Rainey, MHRD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dagan started their career as a Student Assistant at Clemson University in 2006 and held the position until 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Auditor at M33 Integrated Solutions. Dagan then joined Elliott Davis in 2011 as a Human Resource/ Internal Affairs Project Assistant. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at Spherion. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Staffing Coordinator/ Onsite Manager at Recruiting Solutions, where they developed customized employment solutions for client companies. Dagan then joined OpSource in 2016 as a Branch Manager before progressing to the roles of Director of Operations, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and currently serves as Director of Operations, a position they have held since 2023.

Dagan Rainey earned a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, specializing in Sport Management, from Clemson University in the period from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, Dagan Rainey pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Development at Clemson University from 2008 to 2010.
