The Position
We are seeking a Senior M365 Engineer to design and maintain our global technology infrastructure stack. This position focus will be on the support, administration, and management of our Hybrid Azure AD infrastructure, M365 Intune and Defender for Endpoint deployments, and SSO integration of enterprise applications.
You will be part of our L3 Interdisciplinary support team that resolves the most difficult problems, assisting both level 1 and level 2 specialists. Providing a streamlined support escalation path for efficient resolution and superior customer experience is an important core competency for this role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Document system configurations and build standards for M365 license management, third party application integrations, and conditional access policies.
- Support and manage M365 and Azure AD Environment; including MDM (Intune), Identity Management and Data Governance.
- Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings
- Collaborate with members of the information security, global service desk, and OSPWAT product teams to ensure our support model aligns with the overall IT technology portfolio, processes, and procedures
- Manage cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. This includes deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based solutions, often using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Continuous monitoring of system performance and making optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
What We Need From You
- 3+ years’ Experience with Azure SSO using AD connect, Windows Hello For Business, and SAML integration for Enterprise Applications
- 3+ years’ Experience with Azure AD Hybrid Environments and monitoring the M365 platform.
- Flexibility to work with US, Asia & Europe time zones as needed.
- Self-motivated and eager to dive in and make a difference.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
Certified in one or more of the following areas:

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- VMWARE (VCTA OR VCAP)
- Citrix XenServer Administrator
