Alexandru Bobica

Alexandru Bobica has a diverse work experience in the IT sector. Alexandru started their career in 2007 at Siemens, where they worked as a Solaris Systems Administrator and later as a Unix System Administrator. In 2011, they joined Dell as a Unix Sr. Advisor, where they provided technical expertise for systems transitions, installations, and maintenance of Solaris and Linux operating systems.

In 2016, Alexandru moved to Atos and held multiple roles. Alexandru started as a Sr. Linux Technical Engineer, responsible for analyzing and solving technical problems and implementing software packets. Alexandru then became the Linux/Unix Technical Lead, overseeing system environments and coordinating with relevant interfaces. Alexandru Bobica completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Politehnica" din Timișoara from 2011 to 2015. In 2009, they attended the SUN training center in Timișoara, where they obtained certifications as an Oracle Solaris10 System Administrator Certified Professional and in Shell Programming for System Administrator (SA-245) related to Unix systems administration and scripting. In 2008, Alexandru received training in IT Security from ABOUTIS srl and F5 training center, earning certifications in SNPA - Securing Networks with PIX and ASA and F5 Firepass v6.x, respectively. Additionally, in 2007, they completed the CCSA NGX - Check Point Certified Security Administrator NGX program at ABOUTIS srl.
