Arun Sangameswaran

Arun Sangameswaran has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Arun started their career as a Database Administrator at The Toro Company. Later, they worked at Johnson Controls as an Oracle/Siebel Support Analyst and Associate Engineer/System Admin. Arun then advanced to the role of Technologist/Senior System Admin, where they were involved in the upgrade and hosting of various applications. Arun also held the position of Lead Applications Administrator/DevOps Engineer at Johnson Controls, where they were responsible for infrastructure cost reduction and improving application quality and performance.

Arun then transitioned to ScaleArc, where they worked as a Systems Engineer, Support Operations and later became a Team Lead for the Customer Support and Success team. Arun'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting complex issues, product installations, and driving new product releases.

Following their time at ScaleArc, Arun joined Datometry as a Solutions Architect. Here, they led the onboarding and implementation for a Fortune 100 Enterprise Customer in their migration effort from On-prem to Cloud Datawarehouse. Arun also played a pivotal role in project planning and served as a technical advisor during the sales cycle.

Currently, Arun serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at OPSWAT. In this role, they act as a customer advisor, ensuring the optimal utilization of the product and driving expansion, churn reduction, and retention.

Arun's work experience showcases their expertise in customer success, systems engineering, support operations, and project planning. Arun has a strong technical background and has been involved in implementing and supporting various applications throughout their career.

Arun Sangameswaran completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from S.S.J.C. Arun Sangameswaran attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their high school education. Additionally, Arun Sangameswaran has obtained certifications such as the OPSWAT File Security Associate Certification from OPSWAT Academy in December 2021 and the OPSWAT Critical Infrastructure Protection Associate certification from OPSWAT in October 2019.
