Cosmin Banciu

Cosmin Banciu has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Cosmin'smost recent role is the Director of Software Engineering at OPSWAT, where they have been since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Bayshore Networks for almost a decade, starting as a Senior Engineer in July 2012 and eventually becoming the Director of Software Engineering in December 2017. From June 2010 to May 2012, they served as the Chief Web Engineer at the New York City Housing Authority. Before that, they worked at Ogilvy & Mather, initially as a Web Developer from June 2005 to April 2009, and later as the Manager of Applications Development from April 2009 to April 2010.

Cosmin Banciu attended the University at Buffalo from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
