Dung Vo

Dung Vo's work experience begins in 2007 as a Spa Receptionist at Elegant Touch nail & Skincare. From 2010 to 2014, Dung worked as a Spa Supervisor at Nail Sensation nail & skincare spa. In 2017, Dung became a Deputy Sales Manager at pegasus international college, where they supervised daily operations and sales activities and contributed to strategic plans and reviews. In 2019, Dung transitioned to Dreamplex as a Member Experience Manager, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, coordinating events, and engaging the community. Currently, Dung is with OPSWAT, starting in 2020 as an Office Manager and later becoming a Customer Success Associate.

Dung Vo completed a Bachelor's degree in international hotel and tourism management from Johnson & Wales University from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Dung Vo pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same university.
